Born in San Francisco and raised primarily in Berkeley, Jeff Inglis graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a degree in Geography, served as a volunteer with the Peace Corps in Ecuador, and was employed as a Project Officer and a Site Assessment Manager with the Region IX office of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in San Francisco, from which he retired in 2011. In addition to his service on the CESP Board of Directors, Mr. Inglis previously served as a member of both the North Richmond Shoreline Open Space Alliance (NRSOSA) and the Point Molate Restoration Advisory Board (RAB). He is a current member of the Community Advisory Group (CAG) for the Richmond South Shoreline Area (RSSA).
